WPU upholds Civil Service Commission Memorandum Circular No. 17, s. 2009, on the Smoking Prohibition Based on a 100% Smoke-Free Environment Policy. The university promotes a healthy and smoke-free campus by prohibiting smoking within its premises, buildings, and grounds in accordance with applicable regulations. Through this policy, WPU aims to protect the health and well-being of students, faculty, staff, and visitors while fostering a clean, safe, and healthy learning and working environment.
