The college offers undergraduate programs such as Bachelor in Elementary Education (BEEd) and Bachelor of Secondary Education (BSEd) with various specializations, all accredited by the Accrediting Agency for Chartered Colleges and Universities in the Philippines (AACCUP). The BEEd and BSEd programs at the Main Campus and Puerto Princesa Campus hold Level III accreditation, while the BEEd program at Quezon Campus is Level I accredited.

Additionally, the College of Education provides graduate programs in Master in Educational Management (MEM) and Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Administration (PhDEA), aiming to develop effective educational leaders.
