Admission Policy
Students (First Year and Transferees) will be admitted to any undergraduate programs, provided that the admission requirements are complete. Students are also expected to observe the admission policies of the college where they belong.
A student is eligible to enroll in any undergraduate program of the university only after having complied with the following:
1. Taken the admission examination of the University and subjected to ranking based on:
- Admission Test result
- General Weighted Average (Grade 11)
- Qualifying Exam/Interview
The weight of each component will be determined by the Colleges.
2. Submitted general admission requirements.
Requirements are as follows:
B. Transferees
- Original copy of Transcript of records (TOR)
- Original copy of Certificate of Transfer of Credential/Honorable Dismissal
- Original copy of Certificate of Good Moral Character
- Authenticated PSA Birth Certificate
- For married women, Copy of Marriage Certificate
- Original copy of Admission Examination Result
- Result of Medical Examination/Medical Certificate
- ID Picture (2x2, 2 copies)
C. Foreign Students
- Letter of application to the Admission Office.
- Original copies of DFA and Bureau of Immigration requirements
- Original copies of CHED requirements for Foreign Students
- Admission requirements of the University for freshmen and transferees
3. Completed other requirements of the specific college where the student applied for.
4. Paid the necessary school fees and provisions, if needed.
