The College of Public Administration and Management (CPAM) Puerto Princesa honored 295 graduates during its Commencement Exercises held last June 20. The event highlighted an inspiring address from Dr. Agustin C. Mendoza, Regional Director of the Department of Economy, Planning, and Development – MIMAROPA.
