𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐟𝐭 𝐚𝐢𝐦𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐞 𝐨𝐧-𝐜𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐮𝐬 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐬𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐲 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐬, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰 𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐞𝐧𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐥 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐚𝐧𝐲𝐰𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞.

Please follow these key steps:

1. Submit Requirements. Upload your clearance and SSC official receipt through the Google Form provided by your college.
2. Validation by College. Your documents will be reviewed. Once validated, enlistment will be enabled in your student portal.
3. Enlist and Submit. Log in to your portal, go to the Enrollment tab (𝘕𝘰𝘵𝘦: 𝘔𝘢𝘬𝘦 𝘴𝘶𝘳𝘦 𝘵𝘰 𝘧𝘪𝘭𝘭 𝘰𝘶𝘵 𝘢𝘭𝘭 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘳𝘦𝘲𝘶𝘪𝘳𝘦𝘥 𝘧𝘪𝘦𝘭𝘥𝘴 𝘶𝘯𝘥𝘦𝘳 “𝘴𝘵𝘶𝘥𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘧𝘪𝘭𝘦” 𝘵𝘢𝘣—𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘪𝘴 𝘯𝘦𝘤𝘦𝘴𝘴𝘢𝘳𝘺 𝘵𝘰 𝘶𝘯𝘭𝘰𝘤𝘬 𝘢𝘤𝘤𝘦𝘴𝘴 𝘵𝘰 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘌𝘯𝘳𝘰𝘭𝘭𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘵𝘢𝘣.), and:
4. Enlist subjects
– Click Assess
– Choose a payment mode (Full for UNIFAST, Installment for others)
– Click Submit
5. College Evaluation. Colleges will review and endorse your enlisted subjects.
6. View Your COR. Once processed, your Certificate of Registration (COR) will be available in the portal. No need to visit the Registrar’s Office.

Additional Notes:

Incoming First-Year Students
Enrollment for first-year students will be conducted on campus, as it includes required physical and medical examinations.

Second to Fourth-Year Students with Limited Internet Access
While enrollment for upper-year students is fully online, those with no or poor internet connectivity at home may visit the University to connect to the Free WiFi available around the ICT Building. A designated computer center is also available in the area to assist with your enrollment.
